Car insurance For 90 Year Old Driver

My father is 91 years old and I would like to know if they are still allowed to drive with that age? What about car insurance?

While for some seniors, their senses such as eyesight, hearing and other reflexes are still adequate for driving, their driving abilities may weaken with advanced age. This is why for seniors on their 60′s and above, their insurance premiums increase at this point of their lives. This increase is often moderated by other factors such as discounts for fewer miles driven per year. By enrolling in a driver improvement course, our seniors will be able further improve their driving skills which in turn can decrease his car insurance cost.
